First marketing budgets are particularly fragile
How to invest wisely in marketing when you don’t have an agency or a marketing person on your team yet? This is where most of the mistakes and wasted budgets lie – ideas fail not because they are bad, but because it is not clear how to sell them.
That’s why the video lesson series “Low Budget Marketing ” was born – a training programme based on Asteri’s experience working with hundreds of brands and real insights from live training sessions.
How was this training programme born?
In the spring of this year, at the initiative of the Innovation Agency’s project “Swarm”, Asteri founder Joana Šaulienė was invited to give a 4-hour workshop on low-budget marketing for businesses in Utena.
Around 30 businesses took part, the discussions were lively and the time melted away. The following questions rang out:
- €100 – already a marketing budget?
- Where to advertise? Where to start on a small budget?
- How to avoid mistakes?
- How to grow without chaos when there is no strategy and no team?
All the participants left 5/5 ratings, and one phrase particularly stuck out:
“I wish I had known this a year ago – I would have saved so much money and time.”
This became the impetus for the development of an extended, comprehensive and durable format that would be available for more than one day.
